Presentations of selected national PhD studentsin Food Engineering and Technology at European level
According to the decision of the members of the EFCE Section on Food (see www.efce.info/section/food), a European Workshop on Food Engineering and Technology will be organised every year with the best PhD students of Europe presenting their recent results.
The 10th European Workshop will be held at Bühler AG in Uzwil, Switzerland. On the occasion of this first anniversary and in addition to the Julius Maggi Research Award, a new prestigious award will be granted to the best Food Process Engineering research: the Bühler Food Engineering Award.
